How do I use a cherry stone thermal pillow?

The cherry stone thermal pillow can be either be warmed in the microwave for 60 seconds at 600W setting or alternatively, for 8-10 minutes in the oven (wrapped in foil) on a low heat (100-120°C or 215-250 Fahrenheit).

For cold relief, place the thermal pillow in a freezer or refrigerator for at least half an hour before using.

When the thermal pillow reaches your desired temperature, place directly on the area of the body in need of pain relief. Use with caution as the cherry stones can get hot.

Can you wash a cherry stone thermal pillow?

Yes! The cherry stone thermal pillow can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C or 90 Fahrenheit without detergent. Place the pillow in a wash bag and wash with similarly coloured items on a delicate wash cycle.

To dry, either place the pillow on or near a radiator, air dry outside or tumble dry on low heat with other clothes.
