How many postartum pads will I need?

Post-partum bleeding can vary from a few days to several weeks. As a minimum, we recommend having two packs of postpartum pads at home and one pack in your hospital bag.

In the first couple of days, you may need to change your pad every hour or two, then every 3 or 4 hours in the coming days and weeks.

How to dispose of Natracare postpartum pads and packaging?

It's possible to compost Natracare maternity pads at home, we understand this isn't for everyone and not always possible. In that case, Natracare maternity pads should be disposed of with your regular waste.
